Do a better job of tracking resources and preventing resource over-allocation among projects that’s why I wanted to use resource pools. Ultimately, my goal is twofold: Not to have to pass around. I just have to remember to post after I edit. It works, and doesn’t take too much extra time. I have all of my project files on my local drive, and I post them to OneDrive for my boss and a few others who want to look but not modify. No, unfortunately I have not found a OneDrive solution. I have to save the projects to a local drive to get this to work. I am having the same issue with trying to keep multiple projects in OneDrive which share the same resource pool.
